CHECK IN
Regular Check in hours 3-6pm.
Guests should contact us to make special arrangements in advance if check-in times are inconvenient. Please phone us if you are unable to arrive at the time we have arranged or will be arriving earlier than expected.
Guests will be asked to present a government issued photo identification. Examples: Driver's license or Passport.
*We require our guests to settle payment of room balance at the time of check-in.
*Guests can also make arrangement for a printed invoice if one is required.
CHECK OUT
Check out time is 11am, please make arrangement with us if you will be leaving earlier than 8:30am.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
By providing your credit card number, you have confirmed your reservation with us and confirmed that you have read our Policies. An appropriate deposit will be charged for holding the room. Beginning at 12am on first day of reservation, guests are financially responsible for entire reservation, regardless if guest terminates stay early for any reason. INDEXG B&B reserves the right to cancel any reservation, at any time, with full refund of any money paid by Guests. All cancellation subject to $30 admin fee per room.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation more than 14 days prior to the arrival date: deposit refundable, subject to $30 admin fee per room.
2. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the following penalty will apply:
a. For stays of 1 night, the Guests will be responsible for a fee of 1 night's rate per room.
b. For stays of 2 nights or longer, the Guests will be responsible for a fee of 50% of the total reservation.
3. No cancellation on the day of your stay (this begins at 12am Toronto time of your reserved period). Guests will be financially responsible for the entire reservation, regardless if they terminate their stay early for any reason.
4. For reservations not cancelled and not honored, Guests will be responsible for the entire reservation. |
CHILDREN AND PETS
Sorry, No pets allowed.
INDEXG B&B is not a child-safe environment. We do not encourage guests to bring children with them to INDEXG B&B. For Guests bringing a child to INDEXG B&B, the child is to remain under the Guests' full and complete control and supervision at all times. The Guest accepts full and complete responsibility for their child's' behavior and will not hold INDEXG B&B liable in any way.
RESTRICTIONS
We do not encourage our guests to bring anyone other than those who are on our registered list to our property for safety and security reasons. We monitor our B&B through security cameras, all damage and loss caused by unregistered guests will be held accountable to the guest who let them in.
Please be considerate and keep your noise level down. No party please, our guest rooms are strictly for resting purpose only.
Signage
Guests are to observe all signage as posted. Do not enter areas signed "Private," "Staff only ", "Do Not Enter"; "Emergency Exit only".
Emergency Exit
Exiting from the emergency exit door under non emergency circumstance is prohibited. Emergency exit area is monitored by camera. If caught, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and be responsible for any damage caused by force exiting.
Smoking
INDEXG B&B is a 100% smoke free environment. Please be considerate and do no smoke in our guest room(s), even with the windows opened. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the
building.
ACCOUNTABILITY
A. INDEXG B&B reserves the right to terminate the balance of any guest's stay without refund for any behavior that is in violation of these Terms, or that disrupts the operation of INDEXG B&B. Guests who were asked to leave will be charged for entire reservation. Other fees may be assessed related to missing or damaged property, cleaning fees, loss of room use fees as appropriate and determined by INDEXG B&B.
B. The security features in place at INDEXG B&B are meant to deter casual interlopers and provide Guest privacy. Guest will not hold INDEXG B&B liable for any damaged or missing Guest property or valuables, or for Guests' safety.
C. It is the Guest's responsibility to inform the host/hostesses of any special health issues or concerns they have that would need to be made aware of to insure the health and safety of the Guest's stay
